Who’s next to join thriving Westgate precinct?

Auckland’s Northwest continues its evolution as the country’s commercial and industrial powerhouse, attracting major global and local brand names, including Amazon, Microsoft, and AS Colour.

With a lineup of anchor tenants continuously elevating the region’s appeal, developers, investors, and occupants fiercely compete for the last remaining prime land sites, says Bayleys Northwest Commercial and Industrial director Craig Smith.
